Black History month Dinner
The Siam Military Lodge #30 in conjunction with the US embassy is organising a Black History Month Dinner on Feb. 25th at the Conrad Hotel celebrating Black Economic Empowerment in Thailand. Our Keynote speaker is the highest ranking brother at Chevron, Lee Jourdan,GM of Business and Commerce for South Asia. Ambassadors from Kenya, Ghana, and the US will be there as well as the American Chamber of Commerce and the companies and businesses they deal with. Other dignitaries such as the Thai Advisor to the Minister of Industry, will be there as well. Tickets are 2000 baht each and 100% of the proceeds will go to charity. Half will go to the Thai Red Cross Hati Relief efforts and the other half will go to the Camillian Center for HIV/AIDS adults and children.
